Bill Suder joined the company in 2011 after spending 12 years building a successful business in the information technology industry. As Chief Financial Officer for Concert Technologies, Bill used his business and financial management expertise to turn a small, nation-wide start-up into a global technology implementation company that did work in over 100 countries.
Bill was integral in setting up processes to consistently handle up to and over 800 individual jobs per week. Bill also aggressively maximized Return on Investment by using new technologies to improve company profitability by reducing software and hardware expenses and improving company productivity with the firm’s migrating to the cloud.
Bill holds a Business Management degree from Virginia Tech.

A serial entrepreneur, Tom is also the Founder & President of the Advanced Technology Academic Research Center (ATARC), as well as Apcerto, a mobile DevSecOps company.
